About the Artist

Joyce Pinkerton is a painter and visual artist based in north central Texas. Working mainly in watercolor, Joyce is inspired by rugged western terrain and the resilient living things who call it home. Discovering her passion for art later in life imbues her work with a sense of urgency, a vibrant energy that is reflected in her sweeping landscapes, warm ranch scenes and colorful floral compositions.
